near Céret, Collioure and Argelès-sur-Mer with Rachel and Jasmin

With all the house hunting going on, I forgot to post a few pictures of Rachel and Jasmine sharing a few days with us in Céret. They did help us to settle our thoughts with second viewings of a couple of the front-runners, like "A Place in the Sun" on TV. And they hung about waiting while we did the initial offer and bargaining stuff.

Here are a few of my favourite views of nearby Collioure, this showing the old clock tower -

Besides looking at houses, we did go to the beach and swim, both at Collioure -

and at Argelès-sur-Mer, which has nicer golden sands, a very long stretch of beach about 30 minutes from our new house in Céret.

Oh yes, and we did drink lots of wine too.
