We have booked David for a week as he has only this time available before starting his freelance work as a cinematographer. Carol and David and I drove down with a rented van full of furniture and boxes to fill the house, and have just three days to try and get the place straight.
On the way David got his results; he has passed his MA with "excellent" in everything, and is already on the phone talking to producers and directors about upcoming films. He has moved into London, and we helped him with that move. so he is reciprocating.
On the way down we passed through the central high area covered in snow, quite lovely landscape. It is warmer at the coast, about 15' today, but likely to be cold tonight.
